NOW I HAVE INSTALLED WINDOW 7 AND I GOT THE PHONE SUPPORT TO GO ON MY COMPUTER AND SET IT UP.
HP SUPPORT ADVISED LATER FOR THIS WINDOWS 7 WORKS BETTER FOR MY PRINTER. OFFICEJET J4680 ALL IN ONE PRINTER does not print after installing Windows 7
